CNA School

A CNA is a certified nursing assistant. Certified nursing assistance assists in helping nurses care for residents and patients in skilled nursing, long-term care, within hospitals, and in the home with home health. Certified nursing assistance provides dignified, competent care to these residents. Being a CNA is the most rewarding career you can have as you get to help people, bond with them, and bring your caring hands into the lives of those who need it.

What we offer

Our CNA School Programs

We want you to be able to learn but also fit school into your busy life. That’s why we offer a part-time experience. This allows students the choice to complete a part-time or full-time course to fit into their schedule and their life. So you are the most prepared once you graduate to begin a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Four-Week/Full-Time Program

Our full-time program is Monday through Friday for four weeks. Lecture will be the first part of the course and will be from 9am – 3pm. Clinicals will be the last part of the course and will align with our clinical sites, normally 6:30am – 2pm. Times may vary slightly. This is a fast-paced course but you will be fully prepared to take your state exam and work as a CNA upon completion.

Part-Time Program

Our part-time program is designed so you can still work, play and live at the same time you are becoming a certified nursing assistant. The program is 8-weeks long. The first part of the class is theory and is on Monday and Wednesday from 4-8pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10-4pm. Once clinicals start toward the middle of the class session, they are on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:30am-2:30pm (times are subject to change but tend to stay fairly consistent). The pace of this class allows all the information to sink in before more information is given.

Bundle Option

Complete our CNA program and have the option to complete our Home Health Aide class immediately after for a special discounted price of $2500 ALL INCLUSIVE! Click here for more information on our Home Health Aide program.

Theory

Students will read from the provided book, learn through lectures and videos about the skills you need to be a CNA. There will be quizzes that prepare you for your final exam and ultimately, the certification exam. We teach you to know your theory and skills, so you feel confident every step of the way to be the best CNA possible and to pass the certification test!

Skills Lab

Our state-of-the-art skills lab offers a real-life skilled nursing room that feels right inside our school. With all the equipment you will see in your patient’s room in real-life, we teach you in the up-to-date lab where you will get ample time to practice what you have learned in the theory portion of the course.

Clinical

Did we mention both Emily and Kiran work in Skilled Nursing settings? Why is that a good thing? Because they know exactly what they are doing in this setting. Clinicals are the students' hands-on experience with real residents and patients. You will be paired with competent and experienced CNAs to work alongside them and learn from them. The information you have learned in theory and in the skills lab will be put into practice. And don’t be nervous! It will be a great, fun learning experience that we will be there for right alongside you!
