Requirements
CNA School

Must be at least 16 years of age

Must have a valid State Identification card (Please bring a copy of this document to orientation)

Must have a valid Social Security card (Please bring a copy of this document to orientation)

Physical Examination by a physician or nurse practitioner within 90 days prior to clinical rotation (to be paid for by student).

PPD (TB) test within 90 days prior to our clinical rotation (to be paid for by student).

Must pass a Live Scan Fingerprinting background check (no cost to the student)
