CNA School Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Valid State Identification card (copy required at orientation)
- Valid Social Security card (copy required at orientation)
- Physical examination prior to clinical rotation (student responsibility)
- PPD (TB) test prior to clinical rotation
- Live Scan fingerprinting (completed during class)
